Such a pleasure to celebrate Midsummer in Sweden! We celebrated with pickled herring, strawberries, icecream, sushi, dancing, swimming, candy fishing and of course I made flower crowns and watched the sunset just before midnight.
And now a little day after recovery water coloring. A perfect way to reset 🤪 and just what I needed.

I never had a 🎄 growing up since I’m Jewish so the first year we had a tree we made ornaments for it and we have made them every year since. In 2019 (good thing I date them with sharpie!) we made ornaments with silhouette cutouts. 5 years later these ornaments feel extra special. Maybe this year we update the silhouettes….

Let me tell you about this portable humidifier: I ❤️ it.
After years of lugging giant heavy awkward containers into the bathroom to fill up at night only to then discovered hidden mold and grossness building up inside in parts I couldn’t even clean I was in the search to find a humidifier that I liked even just a little bit.
This humidifier is like a water bottle. It even has an easily replaceable filter that is the size and shape of a straw. Plus it has an optional multicolored light that my kids like, I keep my light off, I’m not fun.
Anyway, I highly recommend this thing. It’s almost as good as a metal pot full of water sitting on a too hot pre-war nyc apartment radiator.
