The ACSPA Logo – Like an unfinished mat, the intertwining lines in the ACSPA logo connotes the fluid, continuously evolving character of personnel management, particularly in our educational institutions. Though diverse, the lines link up and form the nine identical diamonds, representing the founding schools of the Association. In line with the Association’s objective of encouraging and developing closer relationship among school personnel administrators, the figure portrays an openness for further interlinks, for other areas of cooperation, for the formation of many other “diamonds” that will strengthen and give meaning to the Association. And, riding on the crest of lines is a stylized image of the Dove, the guiding Spirit that gives the ACSPA its Catholic identity and direction. (- Arlyn P. Gatmaitan)
