🏑🇵🇭 In every team, culture shapes character, and for DLSAU team captain Dwade Marteen Santiago, it’s the foundation that strengthens him as an athlete and as a leader.

When asked how his team culture helps build his foundation as an athlete, Dwade shared how discipline, teamwork, and leadership have become central to his growth:
