1. PRICING
Prices are shown in Philippine Peso.

2. ITEM DESCRIPTION
Items for sale are auctioned/subasta jewelries, men’s and ladies’ watches. They are described and presented on FB as accurately as possible as to gold karat, weight and other descriptions. Pictures displayed are provided for infor

mation purposes only. Inquiries will be done by private message/s.

3. ITEMS AVAILABILITY
Items available for sale are presented and displayed as such/is on our FB account or you can message us to check if the item you want to purchase is still available.

4. ORDER
An offer to purchase is formed when you place your order by filling up an order form thru private message/s. We accept orders or reservations good for 1 day only, after which they will be available for sale again. We also accept items on installment basis up to 6 installments, depending on the amount.

5. PAYMENT
Payments can be made thru:

a. company’s BDO, RCBC and BPI account
(bank deposit or bank transfer)

b. Remittance center
(Cebuana, Mlhuilier, Palawan, Western Union)

c. Any of Pazalonia Pawnshop branches near you

Reminder: For installment, items will ONLY be delivered upon full payment.

6. RETURN POLICY

1)​​ All items posted are on hand and ready for pick-up, shipping and delivery. We try to ​ship out our items thru LBC or 2GO Express as promptly as possible. Please keep in mind that Sundays and Holidays are not business days and possible delays are beyond company's control.

We tried our very best to give the description of the ​gemstones and gold jewelry as to weight, gold karat, carat weight (for diamonds) length for necklaces and bracelets, ​size for rings and other characteristics as accurately as possible. Take time to scrutinize the photo and description before placing ​your purchase order because we will no longer entertain returns and exchanges. Only ​returns due to misrepresentation will be acknowledged.

3)​For walk-in customers, always demand a receipt for your purchase because we will ​not be responsible for any misrepresentation without the PAZALONIA official receipt. Note to other sellers: please refrain from grabbing watermarked photos without permission
