Happy Sunday from us at Happy Hens Waihi. We are open all weekend and have some beautiful things in our farm shop to tempt you.

We have some new frozen meal options in our freezer available in perfect single serves.

Also we have a brand new product range from Wild West which includes gourmet Worcester sauces and kumara & banana chutney and more.

The eggs are current and fresh as can be. Bring the kids to feed the chickens.

The pigs are lazing about living their best lives and sometimes offending the turkeys!

Beautiful huge tamarillos instore and massive fresh limes too.

Isn’t it a great feeling knowing there’s a long weekend coming. At Happy Hens Waihi we are open all weekend and have everything in our farm shop to make your weekend special.

Beautiful fresh eggs, gourmet frozen meals, fresh soup, fresh fruit and veges and a fresh stash of huge local tamarillos. Same price as the last two years. $15 a kilo.

We also have some new products from Wild West. The range includes Worcester sauce, gherkin relish, pickled onion relish and kumara and banana chutney.

Looking for a great place to visit today with the weather being sunny?

Pop in to Happy Hens Waihi. We have new season tamarillos in our farm shop. It’s a foodie heaven. The eggs are beautiful, the chickens and pigs are out sunbathing and the vibe is relaxed. Tessa is on deck all day and would love to see you.

Tamarillos are back at Happy Hens Waihi!

We have our first supply of the most gorgeous tamarillos from Kate and they look beautiful. Same price as the last two years. $15 for a kilo bag. Also available as singles.

Plus a fresh shipment of Duck Island icecream is here. All your favourites so great timing for winter pudding season.

Don’t forget Red Kitchen pies are in our farm shop as well as their new size desserts which serve 1-2. The Bumble Crumble is a great breakfast idea too.

Our hens are laying beautiful big eggs at the moment. These are as fresh as can be. Once you’ve tried eggs from truly free range hens it will be hard to go back. They are that good.

Introducing a brand new product in the Arohai Kai range. You’ve loved the Gourmet Gold Sauerkraut and now we are stocking Gourmet Red Sauerkraut. It’s the most beautiful colour and Tessa chats to Don and he believes in keeping the product as simple as possible without extra additives. It’s the real deal. This range is superb. He usually sells it at summer markets. We have it in stock in our farm shop now at Happy Hens Waihi.

It’s a hidden treasure and one to try for sure.

What a beautiful start to the weekend!

The hens are sunbathing and happy and there are big eggs aplenty.

We’ve been waiting and are really excited to announce that Red Kitchen pies are here!!! They are nestled in our farm shop freezer waiting for you to try them. Another gourmet experience plus we have single serve desserts as well which are brand new too.
