🌲 Welcome to the Pinehaven Art and Craft Exhibition 🌲

Join us on the 4th & 5th of September 2026 for another wonderful celebration of local art, creativity, and community. Pinehaven Art and Craft Exhibition have been running annually since 1971, as a community fundraiser for Pinehaven School. The exhibition features high quality art and craft items from all over New Zealand, including paintings,

sculpture, furnishings, clothing and jewellery. The school hall is transformed into a stunning gallery space, and a small cafe is run during the exhibition. The exhibition opens on the Friday night with live music, wine and nibbles, and continues until Saturday afternoon. It's well worth the trip out to beautiful Pinehaven!

We’re delighted to welcome you to the 54th Pinehaven Arts and Crafts Exhibition, a much-loved annual event celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and our wonderful community.

📍 Friday 4 September | 6pm – 9pm
📍 Saturday 5 September | 9am – 4pm

Location: Pinehaven School Hall, Forest Road, Pinehaven, Upper Hutt

Important information for exhibitors:

▪️There is no cost to exhibit. A 25% commission from each sale goes directly towards fundraising for Pinehaven School.

▪️Display Management: Exhibitors are not required to supervise their displays. All items will be fully insured and managed by the exhibition committee throughout the event.

▪️Logistics: Drop-off, collection, and courier details will be confirmed closer to the exhibition dates.

We look forward to welcoming back returning exhibitors and meeting those of you joining us for the first time. We’re thrilled to have you with us.

Every year we run three epic raffles, thanks to our awesome Pinehaven School parents for selling tickets and to our community for snapping them up on Friday and Saturday 💚

✨ Wow, what a week! ✨

From an empty hall, to tables and displays being set up, to the whirlwind arrival of beautiful art and crafts, hours of curating, an incredible opening night, a buzzing Saturday, and finally today’s pack down and clean up - what a journey it’s been.

A huge thank you to our exhibitors, sponsors, band, volunteers, and of course, our wonderful community who came along and supported, purchased, and donated. We are so grateful - your support means the world to Pinehaven School 💚

And last but definitely not least, a shout out to our committee. We may be small, but we are mighty! The hours (and hours!) poured into this event are no small feat, and we’re so proud of what we’ve achieved together. What a team! We did it! 🎉

Can you believe some of our amazing exhibitors have been with us since then - and even longer? We’re so grateful and humbled by their ongoing support, and it’s been wonderful to share some of their work with you over the past few weeks.
