‘Sacral chakra healing’

It’s taken me a while (2 years) but I finally completed the second instalment in the ‘chakra ladies, healing light codes series’!!! this one focuses on the sacral chakra 🧡
When working with sacral chakra healing we may need to feel our way through some emotional releases, explore and play with our sensuality and creativity, and build healthy boundaries. These are all themes I’ve been working through in the last two years.
My creative flow has been full of blocks to overcome, as I learnt just how important creating art is in processing my emotions. I’ve been triggered a LOT! And I’m so grateful for those triggers. They’re a gift that has helped me to look underneath my emotional reactions. Giving me the insight needed to allow space for those emotions to be felt and acknowledged 🙏 As a recovering people pleaser, I’ve begun actually HAVING boundaries. Fancy that!
I’m definitely a work in progress, and as I move back and forth between working with the sacral and solar plexus chakras, I’m seeing that momentum build as I step forward into a new version of myself. This artwork will be Available to purchase as a print soon ⭐️

💛 It’s actually the perfect time to be looking at the Solar Plexus Chakra, as we’ve just passed the autumnal equinox, which is a time of transformation and harvesting the abundance of the land. The solar plexus is all about transformation, fire and an abundance of life force energy 🔥☀️ and of course there are certain crystals that are perfect for assisting us through these times.
