So we did it! We bought a machine!!!!

The rolling-by-hand days are counted! Now, we just need to clean it, learn how it works, send test batch of cheese bread to the lab to make sure there's no gluten and then actually start using it 😬😬

We’re bringing the classics of a Kiwi brunch, but with a Brazilian twist: eggs Benedict on cheese bread, a pulled pork sando with guava ketchup, mushrooms with crispy kale, and so much more!
