Saw this on a baking platform and tot to share.

A customer asked how much a fondant/sugar paste cake was for her daughter's wedding.
I told her 60,000
She said: For a cake? That’s a lot!
Me-How much did you think it would cost you?
She said, at most 20,000, it is a simple cake.
Me- For 20,000 I invite you to do it yourself.
Her- I don't know how, she told me.
Me- For 20,000, I will teach you d basics, and you will have the knowledge for the next time you need it.
It seemed good to her and she accepted.
Me- Here is what you would need to get started:
You need tools: various cutters, rollers, scales, mixer, molds, dyes, bowls, cake pans, among many other things.
Her- But I don't have all those items and I'm not going to buy all of that for a single cake.
Me- Well for 20,000 more I can rent you my things, so you can do it together with me.
-Okay" she says still. not so convinced....
Me- Ready on Friday I will wait for you to start doing it.
Her- I can't do Friday, today I have time."
Me- But today I don't have time to teach you and lend you my things.
You also need to buy all the ingredients first. Butter, eggs, chocolate, cream, flour, among all the other things.
Her- Oh, no. Going to the supermarket to buy those things seems time-consuming.....
Do you have any there...Could you sell me some of your supplies?
Me- It's okay. Just because I want you to learn things as they are, I'm going to sell to you from my supplies.
But you must be very punctual because I have more cakes to make and deliver.
I'll wait for you tomorrow at 6am to start all the work.
Her- You know? It's very early.
I think I'd be better giving you the 60,000.
I already added it together and it will be more expensive, time consuming and inconvenient for me to do it!!
There is no big charge just to beat eggs, butter sugar, and flour.
There is no big charge to prepare a "simple cake".
