Today, I will speak about activating your imagination. In performance and success, your sight is the critical factor. I ask you, when you look at your life, what do you see? Sight is not been able to see your surroundings; it is the power of imagination; seeing what is not there, yet. It is the ability to play your desires/ambition in your head and feel the taste of victory on your tongue. It is that powerful. Again, what do you see ahead of you. Defeat, discouragement or victory. A powerful representation of the sight principle is the story of Elijah and Elisha. You only hold what you behold! See 2 Kings 2:9-12.
Sight is about perspective, application of knowledge to possibilities to create a desired outcome. In between these two variables are the challenges, limitations, and life problems you must encounter, but the perspective, the "sight", preserves the dream. Understand that the silver spoon story is useless without the spoon provider. No one bothers about the spoon inheritor. When you sit down, do you play the scenes of defeat in your head or the euphoria of victory. It is a choice of half empty or half full. Both are the same, but mean totally different things and sadly lead to different outcomes. I understand that we will swim against the tide, but that is what creates the biography. We were only promised victory, not absence of war.
A man succeeds twice. First in his mind before it materialises. Without mind success, all efforts are futile. See yourself on the throne, hear the accolades, loud, acknowledge the applause. It helps you through the “walk of shame” because you already tasted success. That sprit, motivation, drive and perseverance cannot be, no, refuses to be broken. Don’t ever give up
