There are couples who f**k daily but don’t know how the inner thigh of their spouses look like.

Dear man and woman in marriage, open your spouse leg, use torch or light and check their thigh down to their a**s.

Observe their v***a, peniz, inner thigh and even inside their va**na.

I tell my husband often to observe my inner thigh, check my va**na and other private place.

Some women will open it very wide for doctors to observe but won’t allow their husbands observe and some men aren’t even detailed with their women.

Some of you don’t even know that your last baby cervix hasn’t ascended until it becomes a prolapse because you don’t observe each other.

Check your breast ni***es, massage and touch it so if there is anything you can detect it early.

Some of you are just in marriage for what I don’t even know.

Check your armpit, shave each other and apply oil in your armpit and under thigh.

How can you have a spouse and yet your under thigh is dirty, black and smelling.

I have small mirrow in my bathroom I use it to observe my private part to wash and oil.

Some of you don’t enjoy the fullness of intimacy because of dirt.

That breast you are sucking , sir check under it, check the ni**le, clean it with cotton wool.

I apply oil on my ni**le, allow it for 30 mins, then use cotton wool to clean it before washing it with water.

Some nursing mothers introduced diarrhea to their new born from dirty ni***es.

When you apply oil in your ni**le and breast, leave it for 30mins, clean with cotton wool, you go know say bathing doesnt clean breast, just like washing face doesnt , you need to clean with cotton wool and facial cleanser.
