Something shifted.

We posted a hiring flyer for a Production Assistant. Then we sat with it and decided we could do something more meaningful.

Instead of searching for someone who already knows beadwork, we’re going to build that skill ourselves.

Our craft. Our standard. From the ground up.

We’re opening 5 slots for the Envoy Jewelry Production Training Programme — a one-week intensive here in Abuja where we teach handcrafted beaded jewelry production from scratch.

No experience required. Just the right hands and the right attitude.

At the end of the week, the standout trainee is offered a place on the team, their choice entirely. And everyone who completes the programme walks away with a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a place on our reserve roster.

Because the most valuable thing we can give isn’t a product. It’s a skill that outlasts it.
