本店所出售的翡翠皆為天然沒經任何人工處理和纯手工的A貨翡翠，翡翠本身是一種天然的礦物質，所以難免會存在一些天然形成的細小石紋、綿、石筋、黑點、白點雜質、冰種碎冰紋結構等均是A貨翡翠的正常表現和特性，並不屬於瑕疵。且經過雕刻、修、藏，處理的裂紋也不在我們理解的瑕疵之內，如火如玉 也不會在產品說明文中特別註明。
