A Coach bag with years of memories ❤️

This Coach tote has been with its owner for many years.

When the shoulder strap broke, she couldn’t bear to throw the bag away. It was previously repaired with an additional piece of leather just to keep it usable.

After seeing our shoulder strap replacement video, she decided to have us professionally remake a new strap.

From measuring and cutting to edge finishing, stitching and hardware installation, every detail was carefully handled.

Some bags are worth more than their price — they carry years of memories.

We recreated the strap according to its original dimensions and structure—from leather selection and cutting to edge finishing, stitching and hardware installation.

Upon inspection, the leather trim along the opening of this Louis Vuitton Neverfull has deteriorated due to natural aging and prolonged use, resulting in cracking, splitting, and edge damage. To restore the bag's structural integrity and functionality, only the damaged leather trim around the opening will be replaced. The original coated canvas, hardware, stitching, and all other components in good condition will be carefully preserved. The replacement will be carried out using professional craftsmanship to closely match the original appearance while maintaining the bag's authenticity and extending its service life.
