“Want to Hatch Your Own Chicks and Save Thousands on Day-Old Poultry?”
Using an incubator is one of the easiest ways to get healthy chicks without relying on suppliers. Here’s how to do it right:
1️⃣ Set Up the Incubator: Ensure it’s clean, level, and working properly. Maintain a temperature of 37.5°C (99.5°F) and humidity around 55–60%.
2️⃣ Place Fertile Eggs Carefully: Lay eggs with the narrow end down. Turn them at least 3 times a day to prevent the embryo from sticking to the shell.
3️⃣ Monitor and Hatch: Keep checking temperature and humidity daily. On day 18, stop turning eggs and increase humidity to 65–70% to prepare for hatching.
✅ Example: Mary used a small 50-egg incubator. By following these steps, she successfully hatched 45 chicks in 21 days!
