LV1-BRASS、経年変化の記録。
使い込むほどに表情を変えていく、真鍮ケース。

全体に少しくすみが現れ、最初の明るい真鍮色から、少しずつ深みのある落ち着いた色合いへと変化してきました。
ケースをよく見ると、ところどころに小さな黒い点状のパティナも。
均一に古くなるのではなく、使い方や環境によって、一つひとつ違う表情に育っていく。

新品のときにはなかった、ヴィンテージウォッチのような存在感が少しずつ生まれてきました。

ここから、さらにどう変化していくのか。

真鍮ケースならではの時間を楽しみながら、これからも使い続けていきます。

LV1-BRASS — Patina Update.

The brass case continues to develop its own character with time and use.
The bright tone of new brass has gradually become darker and more subdued, giving the watch a deeper, more mature appearance.
Small dark spots of patina have also begun to appear across the case.

Rather than aging uniformly, each brass case develops differently depending on how it is worn and the environment it experiences.

Little by little, the LV1-BRASS is gaining the character and presence of a vintage tool watch.

And this is only the beginning.
We look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve with time.

川に沈めてみたシリーズ。
前回投稿した写真、その時に撮影した動画です😊
度々、奥多摩へ行く機会があり、今回は綺麗な小川でワンショットムービーを撮影してみました📹️
モデルは LV1-C3SORBK。
シートベルトNATOストラップを組み合わせた、私自身が普段使っている一本です😁
ダイバーズウォッチなので、こういう場所へ来ると、ついつい水に入れてみたくなります。
飾っておく時計ではなく、実際に使うための時計。

OIL 茶芯BLACK｜ZULU LEATHER STRAP

使い込むことで、黒の奥から少しずつ現れる茶色の芯。
傷や擦れも含めて、自分だけの表情へ育っていく茶芯ブラックを、ZULUタイプの腕時計ベルトに仕立てました。

LEVEL7のレザーベルトは、コバを顔料やシリコンで覆いません。

革の断面を整え、磨き込み、最後は蜜蝋で仕上げる。
革そのものの層や質感を隠さず、使い込んでコバが荒れてきたら、再び整えて使い続けられる作りを大切にしています。

新品の状態が完成ではなく、
使うほどに茶芯が現れ、艶が増し、腕時計と一緒に育っていく。

OIL CHASHIN BLACK | ZULU LEATHER STRAP

With wear, the brown core beneath the black surface gradually begins to reveal itself.

Scratches, friction, and everyday use become part of the leather’s character, creating a strap that develops a unique appearance over time.

LEVEL7 leather straps are finished without covering the edges with pigment or silicone coatings.

Instead, we carefully shape and burnish the natural leather edges, then finish them with beeswax.

We believe the layers and texture of the leather should remain visible rather than hidden. And when the edges become worn over time, they can be maintained and burnished again—allowing the strap to be enjoyed for years to come.

For us, a leather strap is not finished when it is new.

As you wear it, the brown core gradually appears, the leather develops a deeper luster, and the strap ages together with your watch.

A leather strap made to be used, maintained, and enjoyed as it changes over time.

LEVEL7の茶芯BLACKに、新しいトラッカーウォレットが加わりました。

長年信頼を寄せる国内タンナーに依頼し仕上げた、オイルプルアップレザー「OIL茶芯BLACK」。

ベースには、ピット槽で時間をかけて鞣した国産の本ヌメ革を使用。丘染めによってブラックに染色し、オイルとワックスを馴染ませることで、しっとりと滑らかで、手に馴染む革へと仕上げています。

写真では、従来の茶芯BLACKとの違いは少し分かりにくいかもしれません。

でも、手に取るとかなり違います。

従来の茶芯BLACKが、ヌメ革らしいハリと無骨さを楽しむ革なら、 OIL茶芯BLACKは、しなやかで滑らか。少し落ち着いた、大人っぽい表情を持つ茶芯です。

使い込むほどにブラックの表面が擦れ、その下から茶色の下地が少しずつ現れていく。

川のせせらぎと、透き通る水面の揺らぎが、ホッとリラックス出来るひとときでした。
