If you cancel your order late OR if an invoice for your order remains unpaid or has expired without settlement, whether cash or layaway in the live selling from the shop or supplier for any reason. 📦 SHIPPING:

It takes 3-4 weeks of waiting. Before that, we will collect at least 20% non-refundable downpayment and pay the remaining balance once available from the maker for item settlement and collection.

You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required. An unboxing video upon delivery/opening of your parcel is required for us to process any damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
