I have vivid memories of dismantling my sister's 'walking-talking' dolls, all my remote-controlled cars and planes, and then moving on to the printing machines in my father's press and in the process nearly setting fire to the family business a number of times. I just had to know to how, or figure out how a machine did what it did. It was around this time I realised my love for cars, bikes and mac
hines in general. As a teenager, my interests expanded to design. Everything to the watches I wore to my bedroom walls, were all the results of my over-active imagination. When I started DJing at sixteen, music and sound production took over. I landed my first residency, and then along the way somebody spotted me and thought I had some potential as a model. In a few years, I made the (somewhat) natural progression from model to actor. But all the way along this already bloody long journey (although hopefully the road ahead is longer still), one hankering ambition has remained constant. The desire to design for those who aspire for the good (looking) things in life, be it for their car, home or office, but are looking for efficiency, finesse and pocket-friendly rates.
