1. Shop Act License/ Aadhar Udyog
2. PAN Card
3. Aadhar Card
(If Partnership Firm, PAN & Aadhar Card of only 1 Partner)
4. Light Bill(Address Proof)
5. GST Certificate
6. GST Return Form No 3B(Return of last financial year)
7. Location Map(Road Map to your shop from nearest Railway or Bus stand.
8. Your Shop’ Logo/Identification Mark
