Before Aeris was a form, it was a memory.

A crowded market.
His father’s hand.
A balloon floating somewhere above the noise.

Funny what the mind chooses to keep.

Years later, Alay found himself drawing that same softness, that same weightlessness, without quite knowing he had carried it all this while.

That memory became Aeris. And in many ways, it became Ekant too.

A quiet place within the noise, where the world falls away and only what you choose to notice remains.

Introducing the Aeris Necklace, from EKANT.

Aeris began with a question: how could the lightness of a balloon be given form in metal?

Alay returned to the memory of carrying one home after evenings with his family. He kept the curve, movement and sense of weightlessness, translating them into an open silhouette finished with crystal haze.

What stayed in memory now takes form.

The most personal part of a jewel may be the part its wearer never sees.

Every collection asks something of the studio. EKANT asked Alay and karigar Imraan to invent a language together.

The forms had no existing jewellery precedent, and familiar techniques could not articulate them. Alay understood what the objects needed to become; Imraan understood how metal could be persuaded to get there.

Over two years, drawings changed, proportions shifted and tools were altered until the process became instinct between them.

EKANT emerged from that shared understanding.
