I work from home creating my pieces, and especially love working with natural semi-precious stones. Well there are precious and semi-precious stones, and only four are precious stones: Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald. All other stones are called semi-precious stones. An example would be Agate, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Garnet, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Pearl,

Peridot, Rose Quartz, Citrine and many, many more. Semi-precious stones are made from organic matter, mined from the earth, and are found in many shades and unique colours. They are believed to have healing and metaphysical properties and each stone is said to have certain energies and vibrations. Occasionally I may come across beautiful ready made pieces that I would like to share, but will always inform you if a piece is not a natural semi-precious stone.
