Happy hump day,

You know the saying ‘you have to be in it to win it?’

Well I was in a competition hosted by and and I was incredibly surprised and delighted to discover I’d won a dress.

What made it even more special was that I was notified on the day I came home from hospital after my second emergency operation in 18 months for spinal cysts and cauda equina

I went from very low to feeling very blessed and can honestly say it couldn’t have come at a better time and thank you both very much.

I chose this gorgeous fit and flare knitted dress with detachable scarf. A heavy winter weight beautiful fitting dress and several ways to wear it. I’ve shown the scarf both on and off.

I absolutely love the feel, warmth and versatility let alone the style which is right up my street. I will be living in this all winter. Ive also ordered some kingfisher to give another dimension, this beauty is now in the sale for £54 I’ve tagged it for you x

This weekend was all about a roadctrio to Abingdon to watch run her first marathon to raise money for necrotising fasciitis

It rained and Charlotte ran and ran and ran for over 4 hours and she did it.

We proudly watched and clapped and cheered her on.

A great achievement, lovely weekend and another goal smashed.

This weekend I’m off to Abingdon to watch my youngest stepdaughter run her first ever marathon raising money for . To raise awareness and provide support for victims and the families of those affected by necrotising fasciitis also known as the flesh eating disease

This claimed the life of my husband and charlottes father suddenly and unexpectedly in 2022 while on holiday in Turkey following a small graze on his knee.

Charlotte has channelled her grief into doing something positive and found it really helped her.

I’m hoping the weather is kind and can’t wait to cheer her on.

Hi and thank you to all of you that are still following this page and have been previous customers. I hope this message finds you well.

It’s been a long time since I last had the courage to even think about my jewellery, following death of my husband Phil, who many of you know was also my side kick at all the shows.

I’ve had the remaining jewellery stored safely in a cupboard but not really felt able to face opening it till now.

However I’m now two years into my new journey and it’s true life does move on, new opportunities present and I’ve been very blessed to have met a very caring widower who has taught me a lot about living in the moment and enjoying the beauty of the nature that surrounds us and being grateful for all the good things we have in our lives.

Together we have have embarked on some epic adventures, doing conservation work in both the Amazon jungle and in Namibia. Both incredible, unforgettable, Life changing experiences.

It’s with this new found hope and support that I have decided to open an Etsy shop to sell the stock of jewellery I had originally made for the shows.

I have many designs in silver and gold-filled wire weave, soutache and beadwork. All are one off pieces and prices will be kept low to basically cover my materials and postage.

I would much rather the jewellery was worn and enjoyed than sat in a cupboard

I do also have many larger gemstone beads for sale, just message if you are local and would be interested in popping round for a look
