So after a 13 year run, I’ve decided to close the Venus Island chapter.
I’m overwhelmed with the love and support received over the years and thankful that my creations were loved by so many.

What started off as a simple opportunity to celebrate our culture and community with some flag earrings, turned into a journey of innovation, design and creativity.

I’ve made custom pieces for many, sold and sent items all over the world and for that I will forever be grateful.

Our Story

I founded Venus Island back in 2012, with one goal in mind: to provide quality pieces inspired by the cultures of Africa & the Caribbean. My love & passion for creativity has meant my pieces have been requested all over the world.

Everything I create is made in-house. I use a graphics package to design whatever is it i want to create, in a language my laser cutting machine can understand. Once cut, each piece is hand finished (painted, glossed, beaded, findings attached etc). Et voila
