I have a very strict process in place where I believe it is paramount when dealing with people's ashes or hair I have a zero cross contamination policy. When your pack arrives you will need to fill in all of the information on the front of the pack, this ensures no ashes will get mixed up or mis
taken for anyone else at anytime ensuring the safety of your loved one’s ashes. When I receive a person’s ashes or hair back, I know exactly who they belong. Any ashes that are not used will be send back to you with your bespoke piece of jewellery and will be send back via recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival. Bespoke jewellery and keyrings capturing your loved ones ashes or hair and set into custom pieces of either Gold/ 925 Sterling Silver/Gold Plated/Stainless Steel/resin, pieces of your choice. Each item is bespoke so no two pieces will ever look exactly the same.
