🧘‍♀️ Young Yoga with Yoga Bohemian returns in September.

🧠 This fun friendly beginner class is designed to encourage moment and mindfulness for children aged 7 to 12 years old.

📆 Starts Wednesday 9th September and runs every Wednesday for 7 session from 5.15pm until 6pm

💷 Cost is £35.00 per child per term which works at £5.00 per session

👦 We had a lovely evening at Kids Cafe this morning.

📝 We talked about the importance of routines now we have started going back to school and talking about how we cope with them bad days we sometimes have.

🏃‍♀️ Our next session is two weeks time is all about the sports so we will be going to the Sports Field weather permitting.
