‘The wizards G7th, The Capo Company sent me a few of their gorgeous gadgets to check out including this incredible heritage 12 String Capo .. I have been using one of their Newport 12 string capos on tour all summer w grand Jefe Tim McGraw .. i’m playing a 12 string out there (Guild Guitars ) which is particularly demanding, especially trying to keep the guitar in tune once you put the capo on. their incredible device has not let me down once… and this clasp style capo is incredible.. I recorded a little blues for them in open position and then in Capo three position and I did not retune.. it sounds very sweet to my ear and you can really adjust the position and the tension so you get no unwanted fret buzz. It’s got a compensated. string pad, which is part of the brilliance of the design that really helps not pull the guitar sharp .. and I used to call the UK 🇬🇧 home so this is a bit of my old homeland right at my hands .. if you are a capo user these are the bees kneez!! 🙏🏼🐝✨🎩🤎🤎
