We're a collection of artists,street-artists/performers and sculptors who have worked at festivals in the U.K and Europe for the last 10 years. We offer our skills as street performers and also offer a free workshop where up to 30 people at a time can join in and create a memory/piece of jewellery whilst learning some carving skills, the workshop can be used by all ages and because it's free anyo
ne on any budget can get involved. We introduce them to shaping, engraving, filing, splitting and finally drilling pieces of welsh slate to form pendants that we then thread forthem. There's no limit on how many times someone may join in and we run for a minimum of 7 hours a day which provides ample time over a festival for someone to complete a complex piece. We also bring and display larger pieces of sculpture, demonstrate the processes used in the carving of stone and whilst the pendant making is achieved using only a range of files and some supervised drilling we do however encourage adults to have a go
chiselling on a large stone tablet. Now AS WELL AS The Workshop we also offer our services as street-artists who specialise in concise confusion,we have a levitating guru, a mystical hypno wheel, a silhouette cutting booth and we'll soon have our knife throwing act finished, so watch out for us somewher in a sunny field soon and come and say hello :)
