Unfortunately I’ve woken up with the most horrible pain in my hand, I can’t grip or move it without experiencing excruciating pain 😞
I’m hoping it goes as quickly as it came but wanted to let you know there will be a slight delay in things…
Painkillers, deep heat and a hot water bottle are all in action.
Not sure if it’s some form of arthritis flare up? But it hurts ☹️
