Hi everyone,
I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet for the last 6mths. As some of you know I had a back injury last summer, then just as I was about recovered, someone very dear to me was diagnosed with a brain tumour and sadly passed away at Christmas.
It’s been a very hard time for all my family, but I’m finally back at the bench.
I am taking a back step from my manager position at work, to spend more time following my own dreams. Life is too short to be running around for someone else’s benefit.
I hope you like the 1st ring I’ve posted, it’s a size uk m/n and will be up on my shop in a few days.

Double opal pendant available now. Life is still very much up in the air with various things going on. 2025 has really not been our year, but I’ll keep muddling through the best I can. Much love to everyone that supports my work, it really is a beacon in these troubled times. 😘

Opal picture stone, made a while ago, but didn’t show it off. Hoping to be back at my bench soon, I can sit for a bit now, just unable to stand for too long. I’m resting up and listening to lots of audiobooks. Still it’s been really frustrating not being able to work, missing my day job team and creating at my bench.

So, I’ve been incredibly quiet for the last two months and here’s why. I’ve been suffering with Piriformis syndrome. For those of you who have been unfortunate to have suffered with this then you have my every sympathy. It’s basically a small muscle in your buttock that for some reason has been irritated and is compressing the sciatic nerve. So for two months now I have been unable to sit in a chair without discomfort, working at my studio bench is next to impossible. Im constantly on pain killers or else I’m reduced to tears. I really missing creating and hope to be back at my bench soon. Has any of you suffered this and if so any tips appreciated. Blue opal trilogy ring and a stone I managed to cut recently. ❤️

I’m engaging in a bit of mind over matter today, keeping a positive spin on things. I WILL get some work done this week, just got to figure out what and how. 😉. Bright green boulder opal ring.
