Here at H L Bespoke, we pride ourselves on making transactions run as smoothly as possible and ensure that items are dispatched as soon as possible, within 1-5 working days. Where this maybe longer, you will be notified. To help us help you with this, payment must be made before any items are made, via either Paypal or Bank Transfer. In the event that you are unable to provide full payment, a small non-refundable deposit is required and a payment plan will be agreed. DELIVERY METHODS & UPGRADING
All items are posted Signed for Service as it offers more security for you, should your parcel go missing. Please note, for International Customers, we are not accountable for any Custom Charges which you may incur. UK SPECIAL DELIVERY UPGRADES -

The International Rates are set at a set rate. If you let me know your exact Post Code/Zip Code/State of residence, we can do a quick check to see if we can post it cheaper. This must be done before you purchase. IN STOCK ITEMS
For in stock items bought (ready to ship), you have a 14 day 'cooling off' period, whereby you can return the item. This starts from the time the item arrives with you. Once the item is returned to me, at your cost, I will refund the cost of the item. Refunds do not include the cost of any postage, either from me to you or your return postage. This return time does not apply to bespoke orders (see below), or to items that have been received, used by you, and returned without prior discussion. Items may be tried on and not worn for any length of time. Again, postage will not be refunded. COMMISSIONS
We love commissions (custom orders). Please contact me with your ideas and requirements! I request full payment before I start work and once I have started work on your order, your right to cancel ends (UK Distance Selling Regulations). Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a fault on arrival, as by nature, they are customer specific and therefore unlikely to be suitable for other customers. I take great pains to ensure that the consultation and design process is suitably thorough before embarking upon a custom project therefore it is not possible to offer refund or exchange on these items. All items will be checked before leaving my hands and you will be sent a photo of the product for your approval before posting. I cannot be responsible for the colours your monitor shows, but do my utmost to ensure colours are represented as accurately as possible. For Hand Stamped Items, I always check to ensure I have spellings correct, if they seem unfamiliar, but it is your duty to ensure you check all spellings and for any mistakes on the invoice. These will not be rectified without an additional cost to yourself. By nature, hand stamped will leave an imprint on the reverse. Remember - Flourish and Cherish your dare to Dream.
