To be humble and normalise suffering, lack, disappointment and pain.

To expect the worst.

You’ve accepted breadcrumbs of money, intimacy, opportunities, safety and love your entire life. Others have it worst though right?!

F**K THAT ❌

It’s time to let go of suffering. Let go that this is your lot in this lifetime.

It’s time to take the armour off of your heart and be open to receiving the abundance this life has to offer. Abundance that you are so f**king worthy of.

It’s time to upgrade your standards and expectations for yourself.

You deserve to ask for more. The universe is waiting to hand it to you 🧡

Oh how one of your biggest compliments transitions to your biggest red flags 🚩

I was so naive to energy vampires and narcissists for most of my life. Allowing people to siphon, control and dim me.

Your power lies in not dimming but fiercely protecting yourself with discernment, boundaries and energy hygiene. Noticing your red flags straight away and acting accordingly.
