When you know the toxic system playbook, you see it EVERYWHERE 👀

These systems don’t operate from genuine care, protection and safety.

They don’t operate with humanity at the forefront.

They are fuelled by narcissism, control, fear, manipulation and greed.

They rely on people being dependent, exhausted, hopeless and asleep to the truth.

They rely on siphoning and harvesting people’s fear, anger and pure life force.

What’s a narcissistic systems worst nightmare?!

CONSCIOUSNESS AND SOVEREIGNTY 🐦‍🔥

We take our power back by reclaiming our voice, intuition and our mental, physical emotional and spiritual sovereignty.

We take our power back when we detach and stop feeding their supply and demand for attention.

We take our power back when we slow down, nurture our hearts and respond rather than react.

These systems can’t manipulate those who see clearly and trust themselves.

They can’t manipulate those who are emotionally healthy and independent. Those not affected by emotional contagion and panic.

They can’t manipulate those who lead with fierce love and courageous commitment to humanity as a whole.

When we maintain our senses of Self, our personal power AND collective consciousness, compassion and collaboration, we are unstoppable 🔥

The emergency isn’t stockpiling food. It’s the need for critical thinking and Self reclamation. It’s the need to look at the abusers at the top and those enabling them, not scapegoating immigrants and fighting each other on the ground.

The great awakening is here and the people are demanding real change, truths and respect 🙏 🐦‍🔥

💔 Complex relational trauma and betrayal closes your heart space.

💔 It armours it and you from future pain and hurt.

💔 It makes you hyper-independent, mistrusting and isolated.

💔 It makes you the perfect over-giver and achiever but the most terrible receiver.

💔 It trains you to settle for breadcrumbs in all areas of your life.

This survival mode will have worked for you for a while, but now you are noticing that you reject the healthy support, compliments, love and abundance sent your way.

Being the adult child of an addicted parent can manifest in so many ways 💔

For myself and many of my clients it manifests in;

Overworking and burnout
The constant need for validation
Hyper sensitivity and hyper vigilance
People pleasing and fawning
Work hard play hard attitude
Using alcohol and drugs to ‘relax’
Fear of failure or being ‘sacked’
Rescuing and fixing everyone
Wearing a ‘sunshine’ mask
Being the office therapist
Constant anxiety and panic
Crippling perfectionism
Emotional outbursts and dysregulation
Harsh inner critic and low Self worth

When you are carrying unprocessed trauma and family secrets, it’s impossible to just ‘leave your stuff at the door’. It’s with you every single day.
