Lyddington Fete

Lyddington Fete Lyddington Fete is held in May annually all proceeds support Lyddington Church and village projects. The organisation is solely by Lyddington residents.

A very positive first committee meeting was held at the Marquess of Exeter on Tuesday 17th January. Do need a few more volunteers to help run the stalls. Next meeting 28th February at the 7pm Old White Hart.

Date for your diary Lyddington Fete 14 May 2016 2pm. Plenty of stalls to browse and buy. Books, Nearly New, Bric a Brac, Teddies, Plants, Icecreams, Pimms, Burgers, Cakes. Classic Cars on show.
Don't forget to bring your dog along and enter him or her into our fantastic Fun Dog Show loads of prizes.
Children's games and face painting and the wonderful Gretton Silver Band playing in the background. Need a sit down pop in to the tea tent enjoy a cuppa with a slice of cake. It really is a wonderful afternoon.

First meeting for 2016 fete held, long way to go but this years fete looking as good as ever, always striving to make it better every year

Don't forget Lyddington is not just about it's fete, 2 excellent hostelry's, The Old White Hart and Marquess of Exeter. The Bede House and some lovely walks, although if with a dog please clear up any mess your pet may make.
