As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the remarkable journey of Aura & Ore. It has been a privilege to assist our clients in acquiring pieces that carry history, craftsmanship, and soul. Your support has been the cornerstone of our successful launch, and for that, you have my sincerest thanks.

To celebrate the season and refine our collection for the year ahead, we will be stepping away from the industry for a short period of rest and curation.

Operational Note:

From now until January 6th, all trade at Aura & Ore will be gracefully suspended. This includes our sourcing of rare items, bespoke appraisals, and all shipments. The Story of a Secret: This is a truly exceptional piece of authentic Victorian sentimental jewelry, hand-crafted over 140 years ago. It’s a remarkable 3-in-1 design that tells the story of an era obsessed with memory and secrets.

This beautiful silver brooch (pin) features an ornate, bright-cut engraved face in the popular Aesthetic/Archaeological Revival style of the 1880s. But the true magic is in the back:

• 1. Brooch: Worn as an elegant piece of day or mourning jewelry.
• 2. Secret Locket: The central front panel slides out to reveal a hidden storage space for a memento, like a small lock of hair or a tiny note.
