My name's Georgina, I live in London and I make jewellery and other crafts. I'm an eclectic hippy/goth with a passion for nature, creativity, curiosity, art and faries. I love nature and I enjoy bringing a reflection of the elements into my work, by using natural items, and imitating the patterns and designs all around us in our day to day lives. I love to recycle and reuse items in new ways, such

All the butterflies I use are Ethically sourced. That means that no butterfly dies to become jewellery and their life is not shortened in any way. At the moment all my butterflies come from one source - Magic of Life Butterfly House in Aberystwyth. I met Neil from the Magic Of Butterflies House in Aberystwyth in 2013. He is a passionate Ecologist who runs his gorgeous butterfly house in beautiful surroundings, in the depths of Wales. He loves his butterflies and ensures they have a full and happy life. You can learn so much about these amazing creatures at that place. They are not bred for display or jewellery making but for education and conservation. When the butterfly's life comes to a natural end he has given me the opportunity to use some of the wings to create jewellery and preserve the beauty of these amazing little Earthlings.
