I'm Natalie, the person behind Bunny Bosworth. I'm a Yorkshire born, South East London based designer-maker creating statement textile jewellery pieces and accessories that bring a little joy and a lot of colour into your daily life. I originally trained as a theatre designer at LIPA in Liverpool, where I lived for 20 years. I specialised in costume, and worked for a number of years as a wardrobe
assistant, costume supervisor and scenic artist before launching my business on Etsy in 2010. My costume background feeds into my work through my use of heritage prints and traditional dressmaking techniques, which I bring up to date through my use of eye-catching shapes and popping colour palettes. Most recently I have been developing my practice as a surface pattern designer which has led to new jewellery collections made using my own designs on sustainably printed fabrics. Every single piece is made start to finish by me in my home studio in Peckham under the watchful eyes of my cat Lucille. My work has featured in Mollie Makes and Simply Sewing magazines and is available to buy through a number of retailers throughout the U.K. and of course here on my website. In addition to running my accessories design brand I also undertake custom work for a number of organisations and businesses, which in the past has included The Story Museum in Oxford, Waitrose, Underneath the Stars Festival, and FACT in Liverpool.
