The Ashoka cut follows the Golden Mean, a perfect ratio cherished by Renaissance artists such as Leonardo da Vinci. Achieving this harmony in a diamond is an exacting art, perfected at the Goldberg workshop in New York. There, rough diamonds are transformed into the distinctive Ashoka cut, before beginning their journey to become a Boodles jewellery piece.

In the Mabinogion, Olwen is said to leave white flowers in her footsteps wherever she goes. This beautiful detail inspired the Posie motif, with four white diamond petals surrounding a centre of rare Argyle pink diamonds.
