Hellooooo!
Long time no see!

Life has been rather a whirlwind 🌪️ these last few months..
I'm not one for sharing much personal details but let's just say it's been intense!
I've been thrown under a bus and then hit by a train when I got up.
So I checked out for a long minute.

But I'm still here, still standing and kicking.
Getting back to work after several weeks forced off the scene, excited to find the time and joy to do this again.

And yes, the rebranding is still happening.
It's been ready a while but I had stuff to deal with so there's that! 😬

Too heavy to be turned into jewellery I like to use these as placeholders or simply as the prettiest object on your desk to look at and play with.

These come from a different kind of production compared to the smaller ones I use for jewellery.
Bigger are less rare compared to the smaller ones to source.

For several weeks I've been working on new millefiori developments between London and Venice.
It's a fun, long and fascinating process which is turning out to be trickier then anticipated. 🤪
But I'm not giving up until I found the way to turn these mad ideas into reality. 🌝

I'm heading to Murano this weekend and maybe I'll share some sneak peaks? 😶‍🌫️

For now please enjoy my cat's contribution on the materials selection and a rather failed home attempt at melting glass 😬

I love you Venezia.
Nothing compares to you.

1. View of San Marco Basilica from the bell tower.
2. The Serenissima in Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo.
3. Gran canal view from the Guggenheim museum, but to me this will always be the Marchesa Casati palace.
4. Basilica dei Santi Maria e Donato in Murano, built in the 7th Century.
5. A gondola with Felze: this wider style of gondola, no longer in use, provided privacy and cover from the weather. Seen this in use for a movie or TV shoot.
6. A stunning sunset seen from the Giardini Della Biennale.
