Victoria Hagan studied at Parsons and entered the design industry immediately after graduating, driven by a belief that design wasn't a profession but a way of seeing the world. She founded Victoria Hagan Interiors in 1992 and has spent over three decades building a practice rooted in that conviction.

Her philosophy is straightforward: a beautifully designed home should support the way people live, not just look impressive. The real work isn't choosing beautiful objects; it's bringing together budgets, timelines, construction, vendors and individual client needs in a way that feels seamless. Process builds trust, and trust is what leads to lasting work.

Beyond her firm, Victoria is a strong advocate for formal design education, mentorship and preserving craftsmanship — committed to helping the next generation of designers develop a point of view of their own.

Her advice: stay true to your vision. A clear point of view is what gives people a reason to choose you. And that's not something to compromise as the business grows.
