My latest haul of beads n pendants - gorgeous eh? So please tell me why I can't create anything with them??

I've been beading since 2009 and it was my first passion before the hammering took over. And now I'd like to go back to it, I'm just sitting looking at it all!

Why? I know I'm a procrastinator with Imposter syndrome but why am I so "afraid" to create again? By the time I get to it, it'll be winter and we'll all be back to hot chocolate and not thinking beach vibes!

Possibly because my newer beaded pieces aren't really selling and I'm afraid these will be the same. Anyone here willing to give me a big kick up the rear?? 😆

Just popped these back on the big Eeee place. Not getting much traction for gemstone jewellery on there tbh - really must get myself in gear and set up my own website for my beaded stuff. Do wonder if that's a better route??

Quartz crystal is a lovely alternative to the traditional April birthstone of diamond (and is much more cost effective!). It is said to be a great booster, amplifying energy and thought as well as increasing the effects of any other crystals worn. A balancing stone, it can revitalise physical, mental and emotional energy whilst repelling negative energy of all kinds. A great cleanser, it can aid concentration and aid memory. A worthwhile addition to your stack 💕

Life needs colour (especially at the moment)

My first beaded necklace for a looooong time is a rainbow gemstone creation. You can not deny that this is definitely a pop of colour - perfect for this summer and it'll rock through autumn and winter, too!

Perfect as a statement piece or layered up with your other jewellery.

Just thought I'd share some up close shots to do it justice✨️

Should I create more? I've been sourcing some gorgeous gemstone beads over the past month or so, but I'm wondering if too many other designers are creating these and mine don't compare... (Imposter syndrome is huge here at the mo 🫣)

A bit late today, sorry - had chores to get done before I could get the beads out. Got an hour to play now so hopefully some inspiration will hit me!

Sharing this pretty chakra bracelet today. Chakras are the energy centres of the body. Each relates to a particular focal point of energy in the body starting at the base of the spine up to the crown. Each has its own colour, symbol & meaning.

For those of you who aren't into the spiritual nature of gemstones, wear it as a rainbow bracelet - perfect for pride month 💕

The sun stayed out long enough to get some shots of my new seed bead bracelet! (Now going black as can be - cue heavy rain!!) Love the dark tones of this one. Bold and neutral with both gold and silver accents so would stack perfectly with your current jewellery and look fab on a tanned ankle.

As with all my new colourways you can have a lobster clasp and extension chain if cord isn't to your liking. In fact, all my seed bead designs can have lobster clasp versions - I've just not created examples and listed them on you know where. Just shout at me 😁

Happy Monday to you all! I was going to moan about the rain but I've seen a possible heatwave at the end of the week and I personally would prefer rain to that, so I won't say a thing 😆

Not sure I can say much else about what I'm showing off today, other than any family or personal name can be added as it is hand-stamped. I do love this font - the double lined element adds interest, imo 💕

Today's is also a necklace and an anklet if you want them to be! A great idea for holidays so you can mix up your accessorising! Pretty beads in different colour combos - I've gone for the starry night option here - finished with an adjustable knot so you can perfectly layer with your other necklaces/bracelets

Today's is a lovely OOAK piece in summery blue and cream. Faceted beads have been hand knotted onto brown waxed linen cord and finished with a hand crafted ceramic swirl button.

It measures approx 19cm / 7.5 inches so will fit wrist size up to 7.25 inches - but it could be lengthened by adjusting the knot holding the button in place - just message me.

My OOAK items are not listed anywhere at the moment but, in the meantime, if you see something in my photos that you're interested in it's worth sending a message - I'm always happy to help and payment can be safely taken (as a guest if need be) via Paypal

Today's is a lovely personalised leather wrap. I've just had an order for Father's Day and it is just a wonderful gift for the guys because, let's be honest, they're not the soppiest of creatures, well, not in public or in front of their mates, at the very least! The spiral ensures the heartfelt message is really difficult for others to read, yet the wearer knows exactly what it says 😍
