I run and handcraft the items for Beading-Charming, Hull. Beading-Charming, Hull is a new small business that offers handmade items which you won't find on the high street. Firstly the ready made "One of a Kind" and "Limited Edition" items, these are available on a first come, first served basis. The other items are “Made to Order” & can be altered to suit your own personal requirements (colours o

All prices of items are included with the photos that are posted on my page. If you order an item that has not been made previously then I am happy to discuss your requirements and agree a price before your order is processed. Payment Method
Payment is through PayPal only. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay, you can use a credit or debit card and log onto PayPal as a guest. Full payment is required before I start work (or if it is a "One of a Kind"/"Limited Edition" item that is ready-made, before the item is dispatched). Postage & Packaging
All items are sent Royal Mail First Class in a bubble wrap envelope and the cost for this is detailed on each item (most items are classed as large letters by Royal Mail due to the size of the beads). I do combine postage so please ask. If you would like your items sent “signed for” (recorded), please ask for prices. Order Process
If you would like to order a "Made to Order" item, please send me an inbox message with your requirements and I shall get back to you as soon as I can to confirm the details of the product, prices, delivery options, order number/slot and anticipated waiting time for your order to be completed. If you are happy with the information, please provide your Paypal email address so that I can then send you an invoice for your items. Please note, I can only hold the order number/slots for you for 72 hours after my original message regarding anticipated dispatch times. After this time, I will assume you no longer want the item and you may lose your slot. For items that are ready made, simply comment “SOLD” under the item with quantity if applicable and inbox me within 24 hours with your PayPal address with a brief description of the item(s) you are wanting. If I have not heard from you within those 24 hours or if a PayPal invoice remains unpaid 48 hours after I have sent it to you, I will assume you no longer want the item and it will be offered back for sale. Unless an item is faulty NO refunds will be accepted as they are custom made to your own requirements. This does not include ready made items (apart from earrings unless faulty). If you are unhappy with a ready made item and feel the item you have received does not meet the description given, please contact me and I shall do my best to help. Important Information
Please note that items from Beading-Charming, Hull are not toys. Items should not be given to children and kept out of the reach of children as they contain small parts which may present a choking hazard.
