Latest idea from the sketch book. As someone that loves cars the VW logo is iconic and was even a jewellery fashion accessory in the 70’s and 80’s. Today it remains famous as a symbol of surfing, fun on the beach and a slower relaxed way of life. So I have decided to celebrate this with a modern twist. Soon to be available as a bamboo pendant with a sterling silver jump ring. Love to hear people’s thoughts?

So surprised and pleased! I got home and my boxes have arrived so I can now officially sell my jewellery 😃. For me it is really important that not only is my jewellery as ecologically sensitive as it can be but also has strong social morality. As a result my boxes are made in the USA from fully recycled materials and provide a strong and stylish box to keep a beautiful piece of jewellery in. If not being kept it can be recycled through kerbside collection. 🌍🌿👍🏻

Today a photo from my sketch book. This is an idea for a bracelet using a sterling silver 1:1 figaro with a small bamboo heart attached to it by a couple of jump rings...should I make it? I would love to hear your thoughts.

One step closer to opening.... I received my jewellery box labels today and absolutely love them! Just waiting for the jewellery boxes themselves to arrive in the next two weeks and I will be ready to rock and roll😁

The four natural growing cycles of the seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter. The four directions of the world - North, East, South & West. The four physical elements - Earth, Water, Air & Fire.

My ‘Trinity’ natural bamboo pendant is built in my unique layered design style using stainless steel miniature fixings. The triangle through its three corners and three sides are seen widely in nature in crystal forms and is the strongest shape under physical pressure and the hardest to be broken down or crushed. As a result they have come to symbolise inner strength, and directly represent the trinity’s in human thinking. The triangle can represent faith, the stages of the moon - waxing, waning and full, the mind, body and spirit, or the past, present and future.
