You guys rock! And mum jeans rock! No seriously though there are 12,000 on instagram and 1640 of you here on Facebook now. Thank you so much! I promise things will get alot more interesting, I have new jewellery on the way that im halfway through making and loads more gemstones, seaglass, silver and ideas for things to come..although time wise with 4 kids it can be tricky but im getting there. People have kindly donated more donations to my fundraising to open my own jewellery school next year ( got enough for the studio work desks to put in it but still saving for tools I will need etc but a fab start!! ) and im going on a stone setting course and wax carving course with a 1 to 1 private tutor in June and july so I can up my skills level. Its all going to be going on and very exciting but somedays we will have to be patient to get to those points. Im halfway through making a seaglass ring and a amethyst one and a abalone shell one so looking forward to finishing those to show you. Also I was very chuffed to be talked about on a radio show last week and lots more website views etc from that so that was super cool.
If you are newer, im Trish i live in Cornwall, UK with my husband and our 4 kids. ( 1 yr, 3 yr , 5 yrs and 8 yrs old) I home ed them. Im self employed doing this small biz so I can be a stay at home mum with my 4 and hubby is self employed with his own biz. Ive been making real silver jewellery properly properly for around the last 4 years now but did bits and bobs before that. Ive had many 'proper jobs ' in the past but when my 1st baby was born I knew I wanted to stay home with her! This is my passion and its my dream to teach others jewellery making from next year. My little workshop is a converted shed that is attached to our house at the back but is proper brick built with proper roof so once the new windows and door was fitted and electric it was good to go. Small but mighty!
