Super exciting week for me with the first beginning on Thursday and our ManchesterJewellersNetwork exhibition in Manchester Art Gallery starting on Tuesday!

Here's my Waterfall cuff, inspired by a favourite Manchester tune, it's part of a small collection that will be exhibited for a month in the Manchester Art Gallery shop alongside some amazing pieces from my fellow MJN jewellers.

Feeling honoured to be part of this fabulous event and immensely grateful to everyone who has worked so hard to bring together the first ever 😁

My next event, my most local, just at the bottom of my road and one I have been attending for many years ☺️

It's the first one of Autumn, there's always a cosy vibe, with gorgeous glass, ceramics art and textiles.

A nice place to catch up with friends, cake and coffee, and a chance to buy from local artists and makers.

September brings a feeling of autumn and a new colour palette for my work.

It's a busy time for me but also a time for enjoying the changing season and glorious autumn days on the hill.

The heather on Kinder is outstanding this year, I was worried it would have suffered following our dry hot summer, but the water retentive peat appears to have sustained it here and we have a glorious display of purple, pinks, violet and mauve.
Looking different as the light changes and smelling of the moors, it's just beautiful.

It's been a lovely and pretty busy summer for me with lots of preparation for events in Autumn and Winter.

Really looking forward to getting out to the Hope Show on Monday, it's a fabulous fun day out, a proper country show ☺️

Find me in the food and crafts marquee alongside other Derbyshire makers and artisan food producers.
