I am extremely disappointed with my experience on IndiaMART. I had requested a refund for my order, but despite multiple follow-ups, the employees have been continuously denying my request without providing any valid reason or resolution.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted the platform, but the lack of proper support and accountability is frustrating. I request immediate attention to this matter and a fair resolution.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate it further through consumer forums and other appropriate channels.
