On the 1st of March, people offer these delicate handmade tokens to loved ones as a wish for health, joy, and good fortune in the year ahead.

This Mărțișor is inspired by traditional Romanian embroidery and reflects the beauty of nature through its design. The red and white thread carries deep symbolism — red for life, strength, and love, and white for purity and new beginnings.

🇷🇴Zgărdan cu "Coada Racului" lucrat în forma de V

Un zgărdan frumos și deosebit lucrat cu migală și dragoste inspitat din tradiția noastră românească ancenstrală. Acest model mă duce, cu gândul la satul românesc, la talentul și tăria de caracter a femeilor de la sat care duc cu drag și respect tradiția mai departe. Lucrând acest zgărdan, amintire cu bunica au năvălit în memoria mea un munte de femeie deosebită harnică pe care am iubito enorm de mult.
După nostalgie 😊o să urmeze postatra completă cu preț și produs finit.

A beautiful and distinctive choker, carefully handcrafted with patience and love, inspired by our ancestral Romanian traditions. This design takes my thoughts back to the Romanian countryside, to the talent and strength of character of village women who carry our traditions forward with love and respect.
While creating this choker, memories of my grandmother came flooding back — a remarkable and hardworking woman whom I loved very much.
