Join me as we celebrate the longest day of the year and honour the life-giving energy of the sun.
Together, we'll move through energising Sun Salutations, practice Surya Bhedana, a Pranayama to awaken vitality and inner fire, and explore the power of the Manipura Chakra — our centre of confidence, purpose and personal strength.
Held outdoors in nature, this special practice offers the opportunity to reconnect with the natural world, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the earth beneath your feet, and immerse yourself in the beauty and abundance of the season.
We will close with a guided meditation, reflecting on the intentions and dreams planted at the beginning of the year, acknowledging how far we've come and gently realigning with what still wishes to grow.

What a joy it was yesterday evening to have an extra beautiful soul join our yoga practice at the Methodist Church Hall. He/she brought a smile to everyone's mat, staying for the whole class and then observing everyone from the front in Savasana.

Strengthen your Centre - Ignite your Confidence.

This empowering Core & Confidence Workshop is designed to help you connect to your inner strength; physically, energetically and emotionally. Through mindful, supportive asana we'll focus on building core while working with the Manipura Chakra (the solar plexus), the energetic centre of confidence, self-belief and personal power.
The asana practice will gently challenge and support you, encouraging strength, balance and a sense of grounded confidence, all guided by conscious breath and awareness.
We'll complete the practice with a confidence themed meditation, offering space to soften, reflect and anchor into a deeper sense of self-trust, clarity and inner fire; leaving you feeling uplifted, steady and empowered.
