I’ve worked hard on getting stronger for the past year, focusing more on upper body and core strength than I have in the past (every day was leg day when I had my way 😅). I really enjoy working out and physical exercise helps my mental health a lot. 🥰 I use for workouts and yesterday I got the 10,000 minutes of workout time badge so Im taking a minute to appreciate my progress and have awarded myself a “Strong as f**k” badge from my own shop. 😂

Do you use an app for working out or just wing it or something else? Tell me how you get your gains! 💪🏻

NOT FOR CATS. What does your cat do that is NOT FIR CATS?

Things I’ve had to tell my cats are NOT FOR CATS this week: sellotape, tomato ketchup, the fuse box cupboard, the back garden, emptying the bin, cheese, plastic bags, used cotton buds, my sewing project, porridge, standing on my neck, shoelaces and jigsaw pieces.
