I love it when a client asks me to do something new like this, creating the spheres for this mini 4” cake was really fun 🥰
Over the last few months I’ve been perfecting my Swiss meringue buttercream recipe, it’s now my go to buttercream! It’s so silky smooth and it’s far more stable than American buttercream so it’s perfect for my double height cakes like this one ✨
