Fancy joining the Grumpy Squad? ☕️
We’re looking for a few people who might only have a couple of hours spare here and there, but would like to earn a little extra and be part of the team.
This isn’t volunteering — it’s paid work.
Shifts can be short and flexible, and could involve making coffees, serving customers, using the till, clearing tables or helping keep the café clean and tidy.
You don’t need to be able to commit to loads of hours every week, and if there are areas you haven’t done before, we can help train you.
As part of the Grumpy Squad you’ll also get staff discount on food, a meal and drink while you’re working and, when available, you’re welcome to take an ingredients bag home too.
It could suit someone wanting a few extra hours around another job, school runs, college, retirement or simply someone who doesn’t want a big weekly commitment.
