Lora Leedham is an award winning jewellery designer based in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter.

Tucked away in a workshop, Lora Leedham creates beautifully handcrafted jewellery in the heart of Birmingham’s Historic Jewellery Quarter. With over 10 years’ experience of creating bespoke handcrafted jewellery, Lora is also a fully qualified gemmologist, enabling her not only to ethically source certificated diamonds and coloured stones, but offer advice on choosing the perfect stone for your sp

A few years ago, I made this ring with a beautiful emerald set. Unfortunately, emeralds are one of the more delicate gemstones and, despite their beauty, can be vulnerable to knocks and accidental damage.

After the original stone was broken, this ring has been given a new lease of life with an emerald cut diamond ✨

Same design, new sparkle, and ready to create many more memories 🥰

Years ago, I made this ring for the lovely Mariane, but sadly it was later stolen. Following an insurance payout, I had the privilege of bringing it back to life and recreating a piece that meant so much to her.

Handmade in platinum and set with brilliant-cut diamonds and pear cut sapphires, it’s wonderful to see this design sparkle once again in its rightful place. 💙🥰

A finished set 💚

I originally made the engagement ring in platinum, using sentimental diamonds belonging to her mother, with the emerald also passed down through the family. The yellow gold setting was created using her grandmother’s ring, bringing everything together into one piece.

Now completed with a shaped platinum wedding band, also set with family diamonds ☺️

The whole set carries so much family history within it 🥰

I originally made this ring for lovely Jane a few years ago as a practical piece she could wear whilst travelling and on holiday- an engagement ring and wedding band all in one 😊

I’ve actually been making jewellery for Jane and her family for around 10 years now, which always makes projects like this even more special ❤️

She recently brought the ring back to me and told me she wears it all the time now because it’s so comfortable and easy to wear…so she asked me to “bling” it up a little using some diamonds she already had 😋

I remodelled the ring by adding extra flowing strands and interlocking details, then set the additional diamonds throughout the design. I love how this piece has evolved over time rather than being replaced 😊

A remodelled wedding ring, made a little wider and reworked in 18ct gold ✨

This lovely lady wanted diamonds spaced all the way around the band, so no matter how the ring turns on her finger, there’s always a little sparkle showing 😃 ✨

A simple idea, but such a practical and beautiful way to give a much-loved wedding ring a new lease of life 😍

This one’s all about family 💚 Made for the lovely Annabelle ☺️

I made this engagement ring in platinum, set with diamonds that once belonged to her mother. The centre emerald is also hers, and the yellow gold setting was created from gold including some of her grandmother’s wedding ring… bringing everything together into one piece.

A bespoke piece for a lovely lady, created as a gift from her husband ✨

Crafted in gold and set with beautifully white, bright and high quality diamonds.

In fact, their colour was so crisp that they made the diamonds in her engagement ring appear warmer in comparison, so the next step is to upgrade those to match! 💎

The original stones will instead be reset into a pendant which I’ll also make, so they can continue being worn and enjoyed in a different piece! 😃

A Darwin ring 😍

Inspired by rocks and geodes, with an organic texture. The diamonds are set to look like crystals forming naturally.

The three centre stones were the customer’s original diamonds, just reset into something new.
